Hannah Betzel

Hannah paints in her home studio in Athens, GA and is known for her cheerful abstract paintings. She has a tendency to explore other styles as her curiosity requires, which is quite often! Experimenting and expanding her skill set by learning new techniques is a big part of what inspires new bodies of work.

She is a self-taught artist and has a passion for creating art that lifts the spirit and inspires others. A lover of color and nature, you’ll often find her wandering botanical gardens and parks gathering ideas for paintings. 

Hannah's medium of choice is acrylics on canvas and she loves to experiment with oils, ink, watercolors, collage, pastels, and gouache. She finds switching back and forth between mediums keeps the work fresh and inspired.
